The following grants are live right now and here to support groups in the East Riding working through COVID19 and beyond.

East Riding Stronger Together

The last day to submit a Stronger Together grant application will be the 30th October as we pause the fund and reflect on the needs of the community.

The Stronger Together grant has been very successful, with over £70,000 worth of funding and support already provided in the East Riding, over the last 5 months. This includes PPE and Signage to help 83 community spaces re-open safely and grants that have helped organisations adapt and change the way they work to help thrive in the future

The funding was made possible through the support of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council and other funders, and was developed in the early stages of the pandemic. Since grant started, there have been many changes to social distancing rules, safety advice and understanding of the effects that Covid-19 on our county.

We want to ensure the Stronger Together grant meets the emerging needs of the charitable sector in East Riding. We are putting the funding on hold, to take stock of its current impact, gain an understanding of what the VCSE in East Riding wants and learn how we can make sure this grant provides positive outcomes, to a sector working hard in challenging times.

Grants applications from £500 to £5000 are being accepted until the 30th October and you can apply now by clicking here.
